PAXJETS Safety - Our Commitment

We at PAXJETS are obsessed with client safety and satisfaction. We believe that your time is extremely valuable and that the ultimate experience in luxury travel is not only the quality service you receive but the safety measures taking place. You are our most valuable resource, we only fly you on the aircraft that meet or exceed the exceptional standards of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). The FAA regulates the charter operators that service PAXJETS’ clients, under FAA Regulation 135. Regulation 135 establishes the safety, maintenance, and operations standards for charter aircraft operators.

PAXJETS LLC does not own or operate aircraft which allows us to provide you with unbiased information while working on your behalf to secure the safest and most reliable aircraft available in the marketplace. PAXJETS acts as an agent for FAR Part 135 air carriers.

In addition to the stringent requirements set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for FAR Part 135 air carriers, PAXJETS additionally requires certain criteria to approve aircraft and carriers for flight operations. This criteria includes approval from third party independent auditing agencies (ARG/US Gold, Gold Plus, or Platinum, and/or Wyvern Wingman), of aircraft age and maintenance requirements, and appearance and condition of aircraft.

PAXJETS LLC serves as an agent for clients in obtaining air charter services and does not own or operate the aircraft on which our clients fly.
